4:1 | Then was Iesus led vp of the Spirit into the wildernesse, to bee tempted of the deuill. | Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. | |

4:6 | And saith vnto him, If thou bee the Sonne of God, cast thy selfe downe: For it is written, He shall giue his Angels charge concerning thee, & in their handes they shall beare thee vp, lest at any time thou dash thy foote against a stone. | And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. | |
