119:1 [ALEPH.] Blessed are the vndefiled in the way: who walke in the Law of the Lord. Margin Note Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
119:2 Blessed are they that keepe his testimonies: and that seeke him with the whole heart.   Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
119:3 They also doe no iniquitie: they walke in his wayes.   They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
119:4 Thou hast commaunded vs to keepe thy precepts diligently.   Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
119:5 O that my wayes were directed to keepe thy statutes!   O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
119:6 Then shall I not bee ashamed: when I haue respect vnto all thy commandements.   Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
119:7 I will praise thee with vprightnesse of heart: when I shall haue learned thy righteous iudgements. Margin Note I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
119:8 I will keepe thy statutes: O forsake me not vtterly.   I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
119:9 [BETH.] Wherewithall shall a yong man cleanse his way? by taking heede thereto according to thy word.   Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
119:10 With my whole heart haue I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy Commandements.   With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
119:11 Thy word haue I hidde in mine heart: that I might not sinne against thee.   Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
119:12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.   Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
119:13 With my lips haue I declared all the iudgements of thy mouth.   With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
119:14 I haue reioyced in the way of thy testimonies: as much as in all riches.   I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
119:15 I will meditate in thy precepts: and haue respect vnto thy wayes.   I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
119:16 I will delight my selfe in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.   I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
119:17 [GIMEL.] Deale bountifully with thy seruant; that I may liue, and keepe thy word.   Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

119:30 I haue chosen the way of trueth: thy iudgements haue I laid before me.   I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
119:31 I haue stucke vnto thy Testimonies: O Lord put me not to shame.   I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
119:32 I will runne the way of thy Commandements: when thou shalt enlarge my heart.   I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
119:33 [HE.] Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy Statutes: and I shall keepe it vnto the end.   Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
119:34 Giue me vnderstanding, and I shall keepe thy Law: yea I shall obserue it with my whole heart.   Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
119:35 Make me to goe in the path of thy commandements: for therein doe I delight.   Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
119:36 Incline my heart vnto thy testimonies: and not to couetousnesse.   Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
119:37 Turne away mine eyes from beholding vanitie: and quicken thou me in thy way. Margin Note Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
119:38 Stablish thy word vnto thy seruant: who is deuoted to thy feare.   Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

119:40 Behold, I haue longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousnesse.   Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.
119:41 [VAV.] Let thy mercies come also vnto me, O Lord: euen thy saluation, according to thy word.   Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.
119:42 So shall I haue wherewith to answere him that reprocheth me: for I trust in thy word. Margin Note So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
119:43 And take not the word of trueth vtterly out of my mouth: for I haue hoped in thy iudgements.   And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
119:44 So shall I keepe thy Law continually: for euer and euer.   So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
119:45 And I wil walke at libertie: for I seeke thy precepts. Margin Note And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

119:51 The proud haue had mee greatly in derision: yet haue I not declined from thy Law.   The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.

119:58 I intreated thy fauour with my whole heart: be mercifull vnto mee according to thy word. Margin Note I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.
119:59 I thought on my wayes: and turned my feete vnto thy Testimonies.   I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

119:62 At mid-night I will rise to giue thankes vnto thee: because of thy righteous iudgements.   At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.

119:64 The earth, O Lord, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.   The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.

119:66 Teach me good iudgement and knowledge: for I haue beleeued thy commandements.   Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.

119:74 They that feare thee will bee glad when they see mee: because I haue hoped in thy word.   They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.
119:75 I knowe, O Lord, that thy iudgements are right: and that thou in faithfulnesse hast afflicted me. Margin Note I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.
119:76 Let, I pray thee, thy mercifull kindnesse be for my comfort; according to thy word vnto thy seruant. Margin Note Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
119:77 Let thy tender mercies come vnto me, that I may liue: for thy lawe is my delight.   Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.
119:78 Let the proud be ashamed, for they dealt peruersly with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.   Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
119:79 Let those that feare thee turne vnto me: and those that haue knowen thy testimonies.   Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
119:80 Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.   Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.

119:83 For I am become like a bottle in the smoke: yet doe I not forget thy statutes.   For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes.
119:84 How many are the dayes of thy seruant? when wilt thou execute iudgement on them that persecute me?   How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
119:85 The proud haue digged pittes for me: which are not after thy law.   The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.
119:86 All thy commaundements are faithfull: they persecute me wrongfully; helpe thou me. Margin Note All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
119:87 They had almost consumed mee vpon earth: but I forsooke not thy precepts.   They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.
119:88 Quicken mee after thy louing kindnesse: so shall I keepe the testimonie of thy mouth.   Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.
119:89 [LAMED.] Foreuer, O Lord, thy word is setled, in heauen.   For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
119:90 Thy faithfulnesse is vnto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth. Margin Note Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
119:91 They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy seruants.   They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.
119:92 Unlesse thy lawe had bene my delights: I should then haue perished in mine affliction.   Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.

119:123 Mine eyes faile for thy saluation: and for the word of thy righteousnesse.   Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.

119:125 I am thy seruant, giue me vnderstanding: that I may know thy Testimonies.   I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
119:126 It is time for thee, Lord, to worke: for they haue made voyde thy Law.   It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.
119:127 Therefore I loue thy Commandements: aboue gold, yea aboue fine gold.   Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
119:128 Therefore I esteeme all thy precepts concerning all things to be right: and I hate euery false way.   Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

119:171 My lips shall vtter praise: when thou hast taught me thy Statutes.   My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
119:172 My tongue shall speake of thy word: for all thy commandements are righteousnesse.   My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
119:173 Let thine hand helpe me: for I haue chosen thy precepts.   Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.

119:175 Let my soule liue, and it shall praise thee: and let thy iudgments helpe me.   Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
119:176 I haue gone astray like a lost sheepe, seeke thy seruant: for I doe not forget thy commandements.   I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
